This NVS parameter stores the distance in millimeters, to 3 decimal places, between the
LEC and the trigger point of the load ramp sensor used to measure the media length. This value
is normally calibrated by the "load calibrate" command.
This value is very hard to set properly manually since the exact trigger point of the
sensor is quite hard to measure.
This is for the home sensor, used when measuing single media, or the home media when
loading multiple stacks.
